This explains what AI Prisms collects when you use aiprisms.com, why, and who else sees it. It covers this website and the voice assistant on it. Work we do under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us, plus ordinary analytics.

We do not take payment on this site, so we never see card or bank details. We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not buy contact lists.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To send you a confirmation when you book through the voice assistant.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who processes it
Running the site means a few other companies handle data on our behalf.

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we might reasonably still be in touch about them, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless you become a client and a separate agreement says otherwise. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings. Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics ones, which measure usage. They are not used to advertise to you. You can block them in your browser settings, or with an extension, and the site will still work normally. Signing in to the admin area sets a session cookie, which is only relevant to us.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@aiprisms.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
Security
Enquiries are stored in a database that is not reachable from the public internet, and the admin area is behind a password. No system is perfect, and we would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise.
Changes
If this changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
